I am unable to login to my account. What should I do?
1. Check your Login ID:
Make sure there are no extra spacing in your login ID.
Your login ID is not case-sensitive - both lowercase and uppercase will work just fine!
If you have forgotten your Login ID, you can submit a request with 'REQ KOOBITS ID' as the subject title at https://support.koobits.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and we will attend to you in a jiffy.
2. Check your Password
Make sure the spelling is correct and there is no extra spacing in your password.
Select the 'Show' option beside the password field to see what you have typed.
Similarly, your password is not case-sensitive.
