Login Issues

I am unable to login to my account. What should I do?

1. Check your Login ID:

  • Make sure there are no extra spacing in your login ID.

  • Your login ID is not case-sensitive - both lowercase and uppercase will work just fine!

If you have forgotten your Login ID, you can submit a request with 'REQ KOOBITS ID' as the subject title at https://support.koobits.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and we will attend to you in a jiffy.


2. Check your Password

  • Make sure the spelling is correct and there is no extra spacing in your password.

  • Select the 'Show' option beside the password field to see what you have typed.

  • Similarly, your password is not case-sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the password field to either recall password with a hint or reset the password via email.
